COB LED 3W High Output Recessed Under Cabinet Downlight

The dia. is 54mm which is good but what connectors do they come with or is it simply the red/black wire?

My present cutout diameters are 60mm not 54 and are for 20w halogen lamps. So have you anything for this as I need 9 led downlights
